Delivery Zones, Locations & Times

We deliver to select regions across Ontario. We have labeled our delivery zones 1, 2 and 3 based on the expected time to receive your order.

Zone 1

Delivered next business day when ordered before 2pm (Mon-Sat). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday may be delivered Monday.

• Toronto (south of the 401)
• Mississauga (south of the 401)

Please note, your delivery may be pushed back a day based on delivery capacity.

Zone 2

Delivered within 5 business days of ordering (Mon-Sat).

• Toronto, Mississauga (north of the 401)
• Brampton and Oakville
• Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill

Zone 3

Delivered within 7 business days of ordering (Mon-Fri).

• Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa
• Burlington, Hamilton
• Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Clarington, Port Hope, Cobourg
• Peterborough
• Quinte West, Belleville, Napanee, Kingston
• Ottawa
• Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph
• London

Please note that the zones on our map are not 100% accurate to our actual delivery availability. If your address is unable to checkout, please contact homedelivery@steamwhistle.ca for help with your order.

Restrictions

In rare circumstances we might be required to push orders to the following day if the daily threshold for deliveries has been reached upon receipt of your order.
